The Quantum Empowerment Alliance™ proudly presents The QEI Training and Research Library! As part of our work empowering individuals, organizations and communities, our global network has come together to co-create an online library cataloging and presenting training and research gathered over decades of empowerment work by members of our network.
Starting with Professor Emeritus Bob Smith of U.C.Davis and The Institute Of Noetic Sciences, we are systematically releasing the latest in empowering knowledge, wisdom, tools and techniques for understanding yourself, your world, and how to create the kind of personal, business and community life you desire.
This information is being made available through this Beta-Test (Pre-launch basic version) format to give you an idea of the kind of information we offer. Most of the Library will continue to be public, though some will be available to members only, as this will include educational class material, student resources and workshops, as well as empowering and educational tools which require significant work and investment to develop and release.
We are a small, purely community-supported non-profit organization with limited resources and staff, so some content will be restricted to paying students and clients.
Be sure to check out related links in the lists on the right side of the YouTube pages, especially the ones which are part of a series; as they will be continued in the list on the right and also on the options which come up at the end of the video. QEI Natural Virus & Bacterial Infection Treatment
We have been asked for quite some time to post the general natural treatment list we use for our own health and in our health clinic treatments of common illnesses such as cold and flu viruses, bacterial infections such as what is commonly referred to as “food poisoning”. We have actually been working on a class on the subject, but it’s taking a while to complete due to other priorities.

Today we address the latest issue: attempted violation of our fundamental Constitutional rights. These documents linked to on the left are documentation and guidelines which will help you and yours to write letters to meet your specific individual reasons for not wanting the vaccinations. Please select the right one for you and edit to your need. "Your right to resist is one of the constitutional rights that we have, and the states must honor that request. Even though your right to refusal to take the vaccine is your right, your employment could not be guaranteed. There is no law to stop businesses from firing you, however because they have no authority over what you do with your body or the right to your medical documents, you may have grounds to sue for wrongful termination. Each state and local government has it's own laws, statutes and codes which you will have to review with a legal expert if you get into such a situation. Each document includes links to supporting documents, both medical and religious, to suit whichever reason for exemption you are pushing
for, though you can likely uphold your rights to both if necessary and desired.

You may use these documents as templates to create your own versions to submit to the appropriate people. We are unable to divert our team members toward the purpose of creating further documents for other religious or otherwise spiritual persuasions due to other urgent matters, so you'll have to look to your spiritual communities or list your own spiritual principles by which you live which taking the vaccine would violate. If anyone would like to submit their own version for other faiths, you're welcome to contact us on Facebook and we will arrange that. Posting our contact information publicly has repeatedly lead to massive spam, both advertising and hostile forms (including virus attacks
and scam attempts), so we no longer post our email address. Hence the online forms used on this site.
Context - Understanding What's Going On And Why A Brief History:
In America, WE ARE SOVEREIGN. We have no king, and therefore no one has the authority to dictate how we live! This is a government by the people and for the people, not the rule of tyrants. The Republic is the only form of government in which the few/minorities are protected from the majority by requiring unanimous voting.
Our original form of government was a Republic, NOT a democracy, and if you read the Founding Documents you will find that not only is
that the case, but in our recent review of said documents we were surprised to find that the Federal Government was charged with ensuring
that all states remain Republics as well: in order to protect the freedom of all Americans.
This seems thus far in our research to have been subverted by the creation of the U.S. Corporation, a scam entity used to deceive the American people and create a slave system within America through which corporate law could be used to subvert Constitutional/Civil Law, essentially creating two legal systems: one for free Americans (who know and use these secret differences to avoid being subject to these "statutes and codes") and one for the members of the corporation (corporate law known as The UCC - Uniform Commercial Code). There also seems to be a sub-category known as Maritime/Admiralty Law used by the Military, effectively further enslaving and allowing them to experiment on all members of it's ranks, and further allowing them to keep SECRET (TOP SECRET) whatever "black"/covert activities they don't want the general public knowing. This of course includes technology which could free our society from artificial limitations imposed by such secrecy, such as safer and more powerful sources of energy, as proven by recently declassified/publicly-released patents of such technology starting at the beginning of 2020, which mainstream media has conveniently neglected to publicize just as it did the creation of the U.S. Corporation. For further information about this covert enslavement of America, we recommend primarily the Thrive documentaries and The Creature From Jeckyl Island video presentation and further documentation by Griffin, and for even deeper though more disturbing details such as our hidden history with the Nazis, the Zeitgeist documentary series.
Now that you have a bit of a backstory on the situation, back to the main topic at hand. Vaccination & Exemption:
Those running this slave system are now attempting to implement Agenda 2021 and 2030 systems of further enslavement by ignoring and effectively removing our Constitutional freedoms, with the help of corrupt officials conveniently placed in key positions of power, including attempting to force us to accept supposed "vaccinations", which as we have previously shared is highly questionable in both the definition of the term and the real effects of the technology on humanity. Regardless of your beliefs about the controversial technology, it is well-known and has been recently upheld in court that it is "our body and our choice" what to do with it. Our medical information is part of our legally-protected Private Information, as demonstrated by HIPPA and other security laws relating to identity theft and privacy, as well as the management and use of such Private Information. No One has the right to that information, and no one may view that Private Information without our consent, which means No One has the authority to demand our private medical information. No One has the right to make decisions about our body but us. Many of the current "laws", statutes and codes implemented over our lifetime violate the Constitution, and therefore are null & void and "may be ignored with impunity". Our founder's international health network has just released information and forms for resisting the unconstitutional attempts at forced vaccination currently spreading across this and other countries, for those of you who are interested. You are not only welcome, but strongly encouraged to share these documents with your family and loved-ones. In it is not only information on how to officially resist forced vaccination, but information from the CDC and other reputable health sources which dispels common ignorance and mis-information/propaganda from biased sources about the real dangers (or lack there-of) of the virus and the vaccines. Many people are unaware that highly questionable, and even illegal and immoral acts have been performed in the process of both creating
and spreading these vaccines, including use of aborted fetal tissue, cells taken from a woman without informed consent, as well as

We spent several hours reading through not only these documents, but the 20 medical reference documents they refer to as supporting evidence, including Yale and CDC documents. Half way through Brian O'Leary's presentation on Free Energy on the final afternoon of the Zurich Conference, Henry Deacon - who had been present throughout as an anonymous delegate - asked if he could join Brian to support his testimony on the reality of Free Energy technology. This video fully captures this surprising (and historic!) moment and Henry, in his very first public appearance, speaking nervously but with great courage, outlines a little of his experience and testifies to the reality of a Free Energy device, based on the Casimir Effect, which he worked with in the 1980s at the Naval Postgraduate School in Monterey and which at that time was accessible in the public domain.
